You start feeding on positive words, things like scripture in the bible is a great way to start flushing out the negative or bad beliefs in your life.
Fact: It takes 21 days to create a habit.
Dr. Leaf has found out that it only takes 4 days to wipe out the negative thoughts in our lives – which look like trees in our brains.
The other 17 days are spent creating the new positive beliefs and thought trees in your life.

Our thought lives are creating highways and byways constantly. When we create these paths it’s great but what happens when a negative thought passes through our lives as truth?
A great example of this which would better explain the situation is to picture a photo of a road with a fallen tree blocking that road. The toxic tree will block your progression to your better self. This is a 4-day process in our thought lives comparatively.
Thoughts Happen All The Time
We are constantly denying and approving thoughts in our lives whether we know it or not. It is imperative to analyze our thought processes and figure out how we think.
There are a few questions that you can ask yourself to figure out if you have a toxic thought life.
For example, consider the following:
a. “could have”, “would have”, “should have” statements have you made today?
b. “if only’s” were part of your inner vocabulary today?
c. times have you replayed in your head a conversation or situation that pained you or one that hasn’t even occurred yet?
d. scenarios have you created for the unpredictable future?
How much is speculation taking time out of your day?
Are passive thoughts continually barraging your mind?
How honest are you with yourself?
Are you at cross-purposes with yourself – going through the motions, but not really committed to the goal, saying one thing but meaning another?
How distorted is your thinking? Are you forming a personal identity around, for example, a disease? Do you speak about “my arthritis”, “my multiple sclerosis”, “my heart problem”?
Do you ever make comments like “nothing ever goes right for me”; “everything I touch fails”; “I always mess up”?
These are all thoughts that are a signal you should go through this 21-day program. It’s all based on Christian, biblical beliefs. So you know you’re going to get solid teaching.
